No Fear First Aid was founded by Sarah and Robbie, who are both qualified nurses with extensive experience.

Sarah qualified as a Paediatric Nurse in 2003 and has worked across acute paediatric settings, Emergency Care and in the community as a Health Visitor and School Nurse.  

Robbie qualified as an Adult Nurse in 2004 and throughout his career in the British Army has gained extensive experience in Emergency Nursing both in hospital, pre-hospital and on the battle field.

Sarah and Robbie are passionate about sharing essential life-saving skills with the community as nobody knows when they may be needed.  With approximately 80% of out-of-hospital cardiac arrests happening in the home and the increased pressure on the ambulance service, it is even more pertinent that as many people know how to respond in an emergency.

Sarah is particularly passionate about sharing these skills with children through our Mini Medics and Student First Aid courses.  Let’s build a community of mini lifesavers.
